At CartGems, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
- Used products
- Opened beauty or personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized products
- Gift cards or digital products
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing item
- Defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
After approval, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method
- UPI / Bank Transfer (for COD orders)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Approval
All returns are reviewed by our support team.
CartGems reserves the right to reject returns if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Return request is made after 3 days
- Original packaging is missing
